- ENEduardo Neri3 days ago1.0On 10/12/2026 at 6:24 PM, I arrived at this location, which advertises closing at 7:00 PM. The front doors were already locked over 35 minutes early. An employee inside pointed us to the drive-thru. When we drove around to the drive-thru speaker and tried to order a Cappy, we were told Cappys cannot be served through the drive-thru window. Locking the doors early and then refusing to serve a standard menu item at the drive-thru is completely unacceptable. The employee was clearly more focused on cleaning up early than serving customers..

- APAlmaelisa PereiraJul 18, 20262.0I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I think it's fair feedback. I chose this Baskin-Robbins mainly because it has a drive-thru. Since I'm not very familiar with the menu, I looked it up online before arriving and decided on the Brownie Sundae. The menu description said I could choose my ice cream flavors and that it would come with brownie pieces and toppings. Unfortunately, the ordering process was frustrating. There were communication issues through the speaker, and after I was told they were out of several toppings (which I completely understand), I chose Oreos instead. However, I was never given the opportunity to choose my ice cream flavors, even after I asked. When I got home, the sundae wasn't what I had ordered. It contained two scoops of what appeared to be random flavors with a few crumbled Oreo pieces on top, but no brownie pieces or the sundae described on the menu. I also had a question about potential peanut ingredients because of another order, but the interaction felt rushed and there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication. The ice cream itself tasted good, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. My disappointment was with the overall experience and receiving something different from what was advertised and what I believed I had ordered. I hope this was just an off day and that future customers have a better experience..
