  Greeted as I walked through the door with a smile and a friendly welcome! The food was brought out quickly and was hot and fresh as usual.

  Used to the best now it takes forever to get your food. Staff tries but very disorganized. New management probably needed.

  I ordered a meat box and just asked for extra onions on my chicken sandwich. The lady went to get them and returned with another lady that said there was no button to charge for extra onions. As I showed her my sandwich and said I received 3 rings she said it looks like 4 or 5 rings and that's too many on there. She further said the sandwich didn't come with onions so i should be glad. I responded I don't visit this particular store but last Arby's I visited did oblige. I left the store. The slithers of onions didnt compare to one ring given at Wendy's. A bag of about 5 whole red onions at grocery store is about $5. The economy is not that bad on buying onions. Maybe it's the underperformance at this store due to poor customer service why they can't give "extra onions".
