  The employees in the restaurant did not acknowledge me or even speak to me greet me. Nothing the Manager himself ignored me four times as he was walking back-and-forth I know people saw me standing there waiting to be helped and assisted one girl at the window did speak however she asked me did I have a DoorDash order and I responded and then she said one moment proceeded to do what she was doing and never came back and said anything so many times they walked past me and said nothing did didn’t smile greet me or anything or even acknowledge my presence. If I was there waiting to pay, I would have walked out when I finally did get the Manager‘s attention who was clearly choosing to ignore me or just didn’t care that I was standing there cause most of them didn’t even want to look up from what they were doing. When he finally did speak he mumbled very low and did not speak clearly and project his voice he seemed more like an employee that just happened to have a Manager‘s uniform on. And watching them prepare the food. It did not look appetizing at all thank God it was not my food. The order I did get that I was picking up from for someone else the food I could tell was cold. I’ve worked customer service for years and to go inside of a restaurant and I’m able to time on my watch how long I was able to go without being acknowledged…. That’s unacceptable and it wasn’t like they did not see me. It was impossible not to see me. I even mentioned that I was not spoken to to the manager and he did not say anything so I don’t know if he did not hear me or did not understand what I said, but then the second time I was waiting for food I mentioned it again and he still did not say anything. He didn’t apologize he didn’t say I’m sorry we’re very busy nothing so like I said if I was a customer walking in there to eat after 15 minutes of waiting around standing there at the register, I would’ve just walked away and left the restaurant and gone somewhere else.

  Just stopped by for lunch.... hadn't been a minute.....but had to have me a beef n cheddar and curly fries....they were very good....and Chris the gentlemen that took our order promptly greeted us when came in ....and checked on us as we were eating to see if needed anything..... great customer service.......great job y'all...thanks for a great lunch....p.s please send out more coupons in the mail LoL 🤣

  Arby's has come a long way in the past few years.... From one main ithem the "THE MEATS". Steak sandwich was very tasty.... Wife had the pecan chicken sandwich and said she liked it . I'm just glad the Cordon Bleu is back, I hope it stays too. Another thing, the curly fries got to love those things. A lot of these other places are serving these crispy fries that are, in my opinion. Absolutely atrocious.
