  Great place to go. Very nice young lady that works the register who always gives my son a cookie! I quit going to Panera for a long time until I moved to Denver and tried this location. We go at least twice a month

  Big review enthusiast. Usually I absolutely adore the staff that is typically working, but for some reason tonight I got unlucky and got complete different staff than what I am used to seeing. I haven’t been here in a while, so could just be a different shift/day or a different set of employees. I went in between 7:00pm and leaving around 7:10pm. I waited at the counter and got no help, I sat by the lunch line where they hand out to go orders, no help just very nasty looks. I got the attention of one girl sitting laughing with another and the manager not paying attention, and got really excited and practically begged for my order sitting on the counter. Please feel free to review the footage this girl slapped the bag on the counter nearly allowing it to fall backwards into the kitchen while walking away. I asked if she was serious as it was completely unprofessional and highly disrespectful, and she laughed and said what? She asked what she did when she knew what she did. She laughed again and said “sorry”. The manager standing RIGHT there asked “what” while laughing along as well and then they shook their heads together. I don’t know what happened but would love to know the days and time of other employees that aren’t these ones so I can enjoy coming here again. Until then!

  Every morning I come to Panera. I'm not sure exactly what started it but I know the why I still do it. Perhaps it was because they are new or THE Sip Club enticement (amazing). I drop the kids at school and head straight there for my coffee. I work remotely all day so early on I learned I needed to step inside some building (other than my home) in the a.m and it helps ground the rest of my day. These days staff at restaurants in general aren't always friendly. Panera is different. They are warm and kind. They accommodate if something isn't right (they aren't mind readers and are human). They acknowledge me. Secondly the coffee is always great with all the condiments, the food fits my healthy lifestyle and now I even come for lunch and dinner... sometimes frequenting the establishment 2 or 3 times a day. Drive Thru, Pick Up & Dine In. I use them all. I love the app. It is easy. The food is quickly prepared. I know if something is out of stock and how to adjust. It's prepared with quality-consistently! I don't HAVE to interact with anyone if I don't choose (because that's the way the model is built) BUT you are missing out if you don't here at the Denver, NC location- For the drinks, for the food and for the fellowship in a quick setting. I only wish they were open at 7:45 am. Great job Panera Team!

  This Panera Bread is outstanding. I was genuinely blown away by how clean and well-maintained the entire café was during my visit. Everything in the cafe from the dining area to the drink station was spotless. The café crew was phenomenal and full of energy. Even during a busy time, they stayed upbeat, efficient, and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it creates a positive atmosphere. A special shoutout to Debbie, the manager. Her leadership shows in the cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere of the store.
