I’ve ordered there food five times now and their french fries taste like they’ve been sitting there for hours and they’re too lazy to drop fresh fries because they are hard cold and Some are soggy And it takes some 15 minutes to make my food so why is my fries cold and hard?

It’s ridiculous thin size fish and half of the cheese, when I’ve asked why it’s only a half, worker replied-don’t ask me why? Who should I ask?no straws , no sauces in the pick up order

Drive thru is okay as long as you're willing to wait 30 minutes for 2 meals. The food is usually right, supposedly they have machines making the food so idk how they still mess it up. If you wanna order inside, good luck. You don't see any employees. You have to poke your head around past the counter for anyone to even notice you have walked in. This place should be drive thru only if they can't handle also having a lobby.
