    Asked for No mayo on 3 of 5 sandwiches and they all had mayo. Asked for pickles on 2 of them and no pickles. They also toasted a sandwich that I didn't want toasted. The girl taking the order was rude and acted like we were ordering to much. Don't know if we will go back.

    I had a genuinely frustrating experience at Jimmy John’s. We ordered two sandwiches — a veggie and a Country Club — both with standard toppings. When we opened them, they were missing basic ingredients like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. These aren’t “extra” or specialty add-ons — they’re fundamental components of the sandwiches. At that point, you’re not getting what you ordered — you’re getting incomplete food. This isn’t a minor oversight like forgetting a condiment packet. It was both sandwiches, both missing multiple core toppings, which points to either poor training, lack of attention, or breakdown in quality control. For a place that markets itself on speed and consistency, this was neither. If you can’t reliably assemble a standard menu item, that’s a serious operational issue. I don’t mind paying for food — I do mind paying for something that isn’t what I ordered.

    Absolutely terrible service. They had to pass the phone to three other people and they still couldn't even get my address right. I will never be ordering from them again

    I am really not sure why people complain about this place because I have been here over 30 times to eat and not one time have I ever had a problem. Everyone has been friendly, food has been good so NO complaints here!

    I am convinced that if I order online or use a coupon at Jimmy John’s I will get the bare minimum. Who are yall feeding? A kid? I’m sick of Jimmy John’s… like one slice of meat are you serious? On a sub at that! Just don’t offer your customer coupons at this point! A different location did the same thing when they offered a free sandwich! So this is a corporate thing! STOP OFFERING MONEY OFF OR FREE SANDWICHES IF ITS NOT GOONG TO BE WHAT WE WOULD NORMALLY GET WHEN WERE ORDERING IN STORE AND PAYING FULL PROCE!!! Smh! Yall are on punishment until I can unbig my back bc again who are you feeding???!!!! I’m just going to start eating at Jersey Mikes.
