- CGCourtney GainsAug 5, 20261.0I’m a regular customer at this Dunkin’, and today’s drive-thru experience was very disappointing. Ordering was easy, but the wait was extremely slow. The customer in front of me took a while, which I understand happens sometimes. However, when it was finally my turn, I handed my card out the window and waited what felt like forever before anyone acknowledged me. Once the employee finally opened the window, she asked me what I had ordered and then immediately started rushing me, even though I had already been waiting. If the goal is to keep the drive-thru moving, then the staff needs to stay organized and keep the line flowing instead of rushing customers after making them wait. Having to ask customers what they ordered slows everyone down and creates unnecessary delays for the entire line. I come here often, and the usual morning crew is fantastic. They’re friendly, efficient, and always keep the line moving. I really missed seeing them today. I hope today’s team can receive the same level of training so customers can expect fast, accurate, and friendly service every day. I know everyone has off days, but this experience wasted my time and everyone else’s. While I was waiting at the window, the cars behind me continued to back up all the way to the ordering speaker. I know Dunkin’ can do better because I’ve experienced the excellent service your regular morning team provides. I hope this feedback helps improve future drive-thru experiences.

I even asked the guy “didn’t I get a donut or does it say munchkins?” I thought maybe I made a mistake but he tells me I got munchkins and I get home…yeah it was suppose to be a donut. Y’all need to SLOW DOWN. Fast service means nothing if you get multiple things wrong in someone’s order.
