  Great service - Denim is a ROCKSTAR. She is cool, calm and collected (and happy!) taking orders for the drive through and in the store. I was there for about 45 min, working on my laptop, drinking a coffee and living in Denim’s world. Go get ‘em, girl.

  I only do donuts at Dunkin’ so kind of tough to mess up, but me tell you about Vinny and Marc, even though Marc doesn’t exist. Three Italian New Yorkers sat at the tables in the front drinking their morning coffees, but only two of them knew each other. The solo one wore a blue wife-beater. Not a big guy but gonna wear the wife-beater anyway. I happened to overhear their conversation. When Man In Blue got up and was ready to leave, one of the Italian dudes from the duo said to him, “Hey! What’s your name anyway?” Man In Blue pointed to himself and looked back at them: “My name? It’s Vinny! But you probably thought it was Marc.” Chill Italian Dude: “We didn’t think it was Marc. We thought it would be something like Vinny!” “But listen,” Vinny began, “There ain’t nothing wrong with Marc. I ain’t never met a Marc I didn’t like!” “We agree, Vinny,” Black T-Shirt next to Chill Italian Dude replied. “You wanna hear a story about a Marc, though?” “Yeah, Vinny. Go ahead,” Black T-Shirt said “We wanna hear that story about that fella named Marc.” “Alright, then I’ll tell ya.” “Tell us the story, Vinny,” Black T-Shirt said. “When I was only in the first grade…” Vinny began, “my teacher’s first name was Marc. He didn’t go by that or nothin’ but that was his name.” “Okay,” Chill Italian Dude said. “So,” Vinny continued, “Marc went around the room askin’ us what all our dads did. You couldn’t ask that today but back then, it was a thing!” He held his coffee up with his right hand as if to make a point. “But when it got to me, I told Marc that my father was a bookie. Marc looked surprised and questioned it as if I was lyin’. I told him, ‘Yeah, a bookie, and I’ll give you 50-1 odds you can’t spell it!” They all just burst into laughter, so I have no idea if Marc took the bet—but the donuts here are good. In fact, I’m strictly Team Dunkin’. The whole Krispy Kreme thing never made any sense to me. Then again, if you love pure sugar, you will favor Krispy Kreme, which is odd because I love sugar! But Dunkin’s donuts (no longer Dunkin’ Donuts) are more dense with less moisture and less frying oil on the surface. All I know is that Dunkin’ tastes more like donuts and Krispy Kreme tastes more like fried ‘things’ to me. The End

  Employees were super rude. Went through drive up, was given the completely wrong food. When broght back inside I was told told to just deal with it.

  I’m a regular customer at this Dunkin’, and today’s drive-thru experience was very disappointing. Ordering was easy, but the wait was extremely slow. The customer in front of me took a while, which I understand happens sometimes. However, when it was finally my turn, I handed my card out the window and waited what felt like forever before anyone acknowledged me. Once the employee finally opened the window, she asked me what I had ordered and then immediately started rushing me, even though I had already been waiting. If the goal is to keep the drive-thru moving, then the staff needs to stay organized and keep the line flowing instead of rushing customers after making them wait. Having to ask customers what they ordered slows everyone down and creates unnecessary delays for the entire line. I come here often, and the usual morning crew is fantastic. They’re friendly, efficient, and always keep the line moving. I really missed seeing them today. I hope today’s team can receive the same level of training so customers can expect fast, accurate, and friendly service every day. I know everyone has off days, but this experience wasted my time and everyone else’s. While I was waiting at the window, the cars behind me continued to back up all the way to the ordering speaker. I know Dunkin’ can do better because I’ve experienced the excellent service your regular morning team provides. I hope this feedback helps improve future drive-thru experiences.

  These frozen 'fresh' donuts don't cut it. The dozen we got were still chilled, and turned to mush, I threw the whole dozen out. I'm boycotting Dunkin
