If I would not have bought this and pulled it out of the bag myself I would have thought somebody was playing a joke on me. Picture is not an illusion. The ink pen is actually touching the biscuit. Never again.

Nobody knows how to take an order, the place is a mess, there was a line out the door and didn't know how to even accept cash. The lady on the phone complained to me that she was overwhelmed with chicken orders, they only sell chicken... The upper management needs to get it together here, the owner needs to know his store is in need of serious help.

- EDEcho DroneAug 2, 20261.0I went through the drive thru here, got my order, and came home to find out I only received half of my order. This happens, and to be partial, I should have double checked my order before going home. When I checked my receipt, the half of my order that I did not receive was put in incorrectly, so I decided to go back into the store, resolve the issue, receive the other half of the meal I paid for, and go back home. When I got into the store, to avoid holding up the drive thru, I walked inside rather than drive through the drive thru, to find out the reason why my order was incorrect was because the staff inside of the store were all fighting and arguing, in complete disarray, completely unorganized and blaming each other for why things were going wrong. The cashier and the person packing the orders up front were arguing with each other in front of a front of house full of customers, and the manager (or the MOD) was just letting it happen and took zero control over the issue. And let’s top this off with the finale: when I got home again, my order was still incorrect! In my Bo-Berry biscuit container was biscuits and gravy, rather than Bo-Berry biscuits. Again, I should have checked it, however I like to think people are capable of doing their jobs and I clearly and unfortunately need to do my due diligence before leaving this store in particular it seems. Very disappointing service all around and I sincerely hope to see the situation here improve soon.
