I said I'll wait they close in an hour and a half. they said they won't be cooking anymore.

When I got to the drive-thru window, I was told it would be 20 minutes or longer because they had to cook the chicken. At Bojangles, that’s pretty disappointing. It’s hard to understand how a restaurant known for fried chicken doesn’t have chicken ready during normal business hours. While waiting, I could also see staff arguing in the kitchen, which didn’t inspire much confidence. At that point, I told them, “This doesn’t look good,” and decided to leave. This experience reflects a lack of leadership and operational standards. Unfortunately, based on what I experienced, the current Google rating seems justified. I’ve had multiple visits with bad service, and menu items unavailable. The staff is rude and acts like they don’t care at all. I visited this morning during breakfast hours, and they had no BoBerry biscuits available, nor were they willing to make any if I offered to wait. They also weren’t busy- I was the only one in the drive thru line. The real kicker though… they had NO SWEET TEA! The one thing everyone associates with BoJangle’s. Whoever owns this location should have their franchise pulled. I will never be back.
