- AAAnari Alston2 days ago1.0Food looks great. The outside of the establishment looked new. The two in the drive-thru lacks basic customer service skills. Not welcoming at all. We went through the drive thru and we were met with just a hand sticking out the window for payment. No "hello, how are you? Your total is...". She said no words. She visible looked annoyed for whatever reason. Very unprofessional and rude.

I ordered through the drive-through AI system, and almost everything about the order was wrong or poorly prepared. The bread on my sandwich was hard and cold, and my mashed potatoes were missing gravy. After being told to pull around, I waited and eventually had to go inside to fix the issue myself. They gave me the wrong replacement sandwich (chicken instead of fish), and when I finally got the correct fish sandwich, the fish was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. What made this worse was the lack of care from staff. One employee was preparing food while wearing a backpack, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. There was no sense of urgency or accountability, even though the restaurant was not busy. I paid with my card but was not given a receipt. Overall, this was unacceptable service and very poor food quality. This location needs serious improvement before someone gets sick.
