- ARAlyssa RegaladoOct 4, 20265.0had such a great experience at Ben & Jerry’s, and I especially want to recognize Noah! From the moment we walked in, Noah was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made the whole experience feel so much more personal than just stopping in for ice cream. He was patient while we decided what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You could genuinely tell that he cared about making sure we had a good experience. Noah is the kind of employee who makes people want to come back not just because the ice cream is amazing, but because of the service. He deserves to be recognized for how kind, hardworking, and attentive he was.Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!
- DSDestery SmithSep 29, 20261.0Actively avoid this ice cream parlor due to the management, specifically a woman named Karen and her inability to communicate appropriately as an adult.
- AAaresiaSep 16, 20265.0This was my first time ever coming to Ben & Jerry’s and the customer service was amazing! The person that served me, Aalaiyah was so friendly and patient! Will definitely be coming back!
- AAAaron AlexanderSep 6, 20265.0Wow… literally just wow! I’ve never walked into an establishment and felt more welcome than by the two respectful and kind gentleman Noah and Colby (I believe). I had come simply for the ice cream, but stayed for the vibes carefully curated by the mix of frozen desserts, and just overall really chill dudes. I am a local to the area so I MOST DEFINITELY will be spinning back to get some ice cream— or very possibly just to say hello! I love Ben and Jerry’s, and I love Noah and Colby
