  Ordered via app. I arrived at the scheduled time, checked in, but it took an additional 15 minutes for the food. After the monitor indicated the food had been brought outside, I had to go in to advise the staff that I was waiting outside. They seemed surprised but brought the food out to me just two minutes later.

  Why is it, for the 3rd time, I tried to order slushies from Sonic on Uber eats and the slushies don't turn up? It starts to feel like an absolute joke and I'm wondering additionally why, when I try to call to speak with someone such as a manager, no one picks up and it goes through some AI screening process. I'm pretty sure the only people I would send to this Sonic in regards to ordering food of any kind would be an enemy that I don't like so they can have a crappy day.

  How the heck are you going to give someone a breakfast burrito with just cheese, tomato, and onions. There is no egg or bacon in this shit. Someone please help me understand.

  Touchscreen did not work for ordering, service was slow and no napkins were given. Wife said the chicken tenders were terrible and gave me grief all evening for taking her to Sonic instead of Arby's.
