  I did an online order and parked and went to the board to tell them I was there for an online pickup. They said ok your order will be out in a moment. It was delivered promptly. I had ordered a Supersonic breakfast burrito and used coupon from the app to get a free small size premium chicken bites. Also they say you can add up to 3 condiments and I requested 3 honey mustards. After receiving my order I checked my bag to ensyre everything was there. It was 1 bbq sauce and no honey mustards. I used the speaker and requested the honey mustard and they brought me 2 out. Still not what I requested but I decided just to accept it and move on. I know this isn't the best thing to do but I was heading to the hospital to visit my son so I ate while driving. I ordered the particular burrito that I did specifically because it was supposed to have tater tots in it as well as the other ingredients, so it cost more than a regular breakfast burrito. It was a very hot, huge delicious burrito but it did not have the first shred of tater tots in it. The chicken bites they gave me were very fresh and hot as well. Thos was my first time trying their chicken, and to my surprise, it was delicious. The chicken was tasty and very tender. I did think though that they don't give you a whole lot for the price point of almost 5 dollars. But they were free to me so I couldn't complain. As I stated before, I was on the way to the hospital, so I wasn't going to take the time to go back to cpmplain about some tater tots.Overall I would say the quality of my food deserved a 5 star rating, the friendliness and speed of my service deserved a 5 star, but the accuracy of my order merited a 2 star rating. I would say overall still go there if you like the type of foof they serve, but please verify the accuracy of your order before leaving. I do think the old school drive up and order is cool, and it is nice than they serve breakfast items all day long.

  Milkshake was so runny and we ordered on the app while sitting at the store so no excuse. Customers are only happy when they are satisfied. I guess we'll be going over to Cookout to get a frozen shake

  Ordered via app. I arrived at the scheduled time, checked in, but it took an additional 15 minutes for the food. After the monitor indicated the food had been brought outside, I had to go in to advise the staff that I was waiting outside. They seemed surprised but brought the food out to me just two minutes later.

  Why is it, for the 3rd time, I tried to order slushies from Sonic on Uber eats and the slushies don't turn up? It starts to feel like an absolute joke and I'm wondering additionally why, when I try to call to speak with someone such as a manager, no one picks up and it goes through some AI screening process. I'm pretty sure the only people I would send to this Sonic in regards to ordering food of any kind would be an enemy that I don't like so they can have a crappy day.
