  My first time using the park and order option I wasn't familiar with the menu, ordering experience with staff could have been better for that time of morning.

  Service was good, but the milkshake was not. To me it tasted like overly sweetened frozen carnation instant breakfast. If it's a milkshake you want, just go a little farther down the road to the cookout for the milkshake.

  Went to this location twice in the past month; directly after work with 30mins before close. The two young girls ignored me, resetting the red call button multiple times at the two different parking spaces I tried from. They even chose to act as though they didn't see me at the front window when I walked up and waved for their attention/assistance. Even if they weren't willing to serve any food 30mins before closing; they should've at least had the decency to say they werent taking orders or acknowledge that I was on their property.

  This location is embarrassingly bad. It is drive-up only, yet it regularly takes 15 minutes to bring out a single drink after the app says it is ready, even in the middle of the day with no other customers. The employees seem far more interested in hanging around and socializing than actually working. It feels less like a functioning restaurant and more like a place where local high schoolers get dropped off to avoid doing any work. After several identical visits, I have sadly given up on this location.
