  We love this restaurant. We always have an excellent experience and the food is always wonderful. We also order delivery and from ordering to delivery everything is smooth and very fast.

  Our waiter was also the cashier. That somewhat got my order wrong because he was doin to many things.and our table was cleared but not wiped off. Had to ask for it to be cleaned off. But overall the food was good.

  Rino's has the best lasagna I have ever had. That and the Rino's plate are in my opinion the best things on the menu. The pizza is great also but is not my preferred style of pizza (I'm more into the fermented style of dough with the big bubbles etc, rinos is a solid NY pie). My one major complaint is the lighting and I give the atmosphere only 2 stars because of it. They are running 2x4 LED panels everywhere and they are set to 5000k and are way too bright for the building, literally 60-70 lumens per square ft. I literally only get food to go because I cannot stand to be in the building more than a few minutes. Change the panels (they are likely CCT) to 3000k and put them on a dimmer and the atmosphere will instantly become so much more inviting, with one single change. I have brought this up a few different times and decided to bring it up in a review so maybe the owner will see it. "Where's the meatballs?" The manager and I's little joke. *Lighting is my career*

  Unbelievable GREAT food. Amazing. But service is lackluster and DO NOT go into the restroom! The smell of a dirty nasty restroom will ruin your meal. The smell is so bad it feels like it permeates your clothes. Half our food was delivered then we waited 21 minutes only to be told they FORGOT to make the other half of our order. It appears there is no adult supervision at this place.
