- JBJennifer BreeceJun 16, 20261.0Food was delivered through Uber Eats, no security packaging on the wings, they're barely sauced. Bacon cheddar breadsticks aren't sliced. Requested extra sauce and certain toppings on pizzas (Ultimate Hut Bundle), the pizzas have almost no sauce, pizzas allow 11 toppings but ordered well under 11 to request extra certain toppings but they rarely honor requests. This location is usually better. I tried calling but nobody answers.

To make things worse I received NO ranch with my wings so I asked for some. The lady behind the counter informed me that if I wanted ranch with my wings it would be $1 each. Really? I could see it if I wanted extra but again I received No ranch at all. Hope they enjoyed my money and the tip because that is the last cent Pizza Hut will receive from me.

The waiter was unaware of the specials, which made ordering more difficult than it should have been. After placing my order, it was still brought out incorrectly. Unfortunately, the lack of coordination and attention to detail led to a frustrating experience, and I hope improvements are made in both communication and service quality.
