- JCJohn ChavezJul 1, 20265.0Overall one of the better Food Lions you’ll find. Well stocked for whatever your needs. to shop if staying north in OBX. Very crowded and lines can be long Fridays through Sunday during the summer hours. If staying north is the only other grocery store.

Merchandising and convenience were dialed in and each trip was quick and easy as far as finding what we needed and getting out fast! Great store!

I thought the prices were reasonable for a tourist area. At times it was difficult to navigate the crowded aisles but the full service check out cashiers were top notch. Some items were available as a house brand for savings. If you are going to go a few times during your OBX stay, it would probably be worth signing up for their loyalty card for additional deals and savings.
