  They don’t care about you. They can’t do a freaking coffee and an ice cream in 20 MINUTES. When we ask where our food is, they say: wait, it will be done in a second. Like yo, hello? I ain’t waiting no more, return my money at this point

  During our Senior Ministry bus trip to Charleston SC, we were delayed in a traffic backup on I-77. We stopped totally unannounced with 56 people, and this crew handled us well! our group consumed their seating capacity and our tour bus had to be parked on an adjacent lot, but service and food was a job well done!

  Very rude manager waiting at counter till I couldn't wait any more, placed my order at kiosk no one spoke or said we will be right with you; took my order and just stuck in the cubby hole with no announcement, very rude to next customer too! What a shame she doesn't love her job zero customer service!
