    Had gotten food here before and what was shown as total $ amount was accurate. This last meal, and I do mean my LAST, a charge went thru... followed by another later on! All costs should be stated up front! Well, you might say ... all food places do this for tips, delivery, etc., etc. My reply would be, why do you want your business to be no better than "run of the mill?" No a very good goal at all!

    Just left Jimmy John’s in Cornelius. The female at the register was rude refused to acknowledge me or my child. I had to ask her if she was required to speak to customers when they enter the store and she was still rude. She stood there glassy eyed and like a zombie. Maybe she isn’t used to having to serve people of color but being a local business owner myself she should be fired for her lack of customer service skills. I won’t go back and our business will never use this location for catering events again.

    Usually lives up to the “freaky fast” tagline with pleasant staff. I really appreciate they have a drive thru for even faster service!

    The staff is super friendly. However, I think their sandwiches are lacking the meat. For the prices they charge, there should be at least some meat in the bun. Purchased a couple sandwiches and noticed plenty of shredded lettuce, one thin slice of turkey, one slice of provolone cheese cut in half? Gave them one star because of the friendly staff Should have listened to my neighbor who advised me to purchase my sandwiches from Publix
