Ordered to go a farmhouse sandwich no cream cheese brought it home and it was loaded with cream cheese and the taste combination is awful. Blueberry muffin was just sad in its cellophane package with the top broken off. The twice baked hash brown is a lump of extremely dry bland potato.

The sad thing is that Bruegger's Bagels generally has good bagels, which is the ONLY reason to set foot in this store. Given the number of other poor reviews that also point out the customer service defficiencies, I don't understand how management (whether corporate or franchised) can continue to allow this poor level of service. I don't want a canned response back "apologizing" for the location -- just fix it! Hire new store management that CARES about the customer. Get someone that understands you should greet the customer with a smile when they walk in the door (actually just a greeting would be fine). Get someone that acts like they want to actually assist the customer, and not act like it's a hassle. Get someone that fills the order correctly and promptly. Get someone that says "thanks for coming in today" and means it. Do better!!!
