  A place to go order, picked it up and I asked for a different kind of cream cheese. They didn't put any and lettuce was extremely wilted and onions seem spoild too. Don't waste your money

  I love Brueggers and haven't been here in over 4 months so I was very disappointed when I opened my bag with my to-go order this morning. I arrived right after a big group came in, each of them ordering in person at the counter. I then placed my order and watched as 3 more people walked in after me. Then this entitled woman parked right in front of the restaurant door in the fire lane, and walked past everyone who was waiting to get their food to demand hers because it wasn't on the pickup shelf. So now the staff is in a rush and MY order got screwed up. I am highly pissed. Then another pair walked in and decided they were going to lean over the sneeze guard like they couldn't see the signs saying order here on the opposite end of the counter. Absolutely disgusting, inconsiderate, and classless. The staff had to tell them to back up. But back to my food, ordered the smoked salmon. Toppings were missing. I actually asked for extra tomatoes and capers and got neither. Asked for onion and chive cream cheese and got plain. My bagel actually didn't have any tomato on it. I am very disappointed and will not be back for a while. The cashier was nice though and was doing his best because they were obviously short staffed too. I just wanted my order to be correct.... But it was sloppy and skimpy.

  We ordered online for a pickup today and i’m quite disappointed to be honest. As soon as we ordered we left to pick up our bagels and hasbrowns (about a 10-15 minute ride). I walked in and picked up from the online pickups. Once we’re back home we first eat the hashbrowns, they were practically cold, and weren’t too great. Then we get to the bagels, I ordered my bagel toasted with CC. The bagel was not even warm, it didn’t seem toasted, granted it had been about 20 minutes, but it should still be decently warm being toasted. Also i opened my bagel and there was this red i don’t even know what on the cream cheese. I’m not sure what it was, i’m sure from another bagel or something but that was weird. On top of that the bagels are just small. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff so I don’t have much to say on that but the food could be much better imo.

  They have pretty go breakfast bagels here, specialty made, small coffee selection, got a hot coffee but they dont have any creamer only flavoring. wish they did, had to go to circle k to get some pods
