  They remodeled this restaurant late last year (2025), looks nice. However staffing here is abysmal, waited 15 minutes in drive-thru line for food, and had a simple order of 4 piece supreme combo. This happens often at this location.

  They always make sure my food is fresh. This is the only Bojangles I will visit in the area.

  I used to come to this location and the morning staff was friendly and the food fresh. Now the morning crew one lady in particular, older black lady, short gray hair, is always at the register, she is rude and acts like everything is a chore. I went in and ordered got my food and went to sit outside. I touched my borounds and they were sopping with grease as if they have been refried over and over again. I ask her if it was possible to drop me fresh borounds. She tells me they are all the same. So I asked a second time if she can drop me some fresh ones.She walks away, starts helping with the drive thru then comes back with cold borounds and says these were made the same time as the other ones, see if they are any better. Working a fryer is not difficult, I didn’t mind the wait for some new borounds but the lady was determined to ignore me. At that point I left and trashed the oily , soggy borounds. I wanted to try them one more time , I regret it!
