  I stop by this McDonald’s daily for my coffee, and today’s experience was disappointing. I ordered my usual coffee with four extra creams, but the drink I received was clearly much darker than normal and didn’t taste like it had the extra cream at all. When I brought it up politely and asked if it could be remade, the manager (Hispanic woman with glasses, name unknown) responded rudely and insisted the correct amount of cream had already been added. Instead of simply remaking it, she argued with me and even had me taste the coffee in front of others to try to prove her point, which felt unnecessary and embarrassing. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a remake of a drink that wasn’t prepared as requested. I’ve never had an issue like this here before, but this interaction left a really negative impression. I hope management addresses customer service concerns so situations like this can be handled more professionally in the future.

  every time we come here it’s always something. WORST location ever! waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes for our food & then they forgot our drinks & apparently didn’t know how to make a smoothie. then got an attitude with us. train your workers better

  Ordered a meal through the drive through, ordered a large nugget meal and some extra nuggets. Was made to pull forward when I was the only car in the line, and didn't realize until I got home that I wasn't given any French fries at all, despite ordering the LARGE MEAL option. It's on my sticker and on my bag and on my receipt that I needed a large fry. There are bag fries at the bottom of my bag that suggest there had been fries originally, but for some reason, I was not given my large fry, after being made to wait an extra 10 minutes for nuggets in the drive thru next to the building. I was looking forward to them after a long closing shift at work, and now my disappointment is immeasurable and my night is ruined. :(

  First time at this location since im from out of state. Waiting for my order for 25 minutes. Crowded as well.
