- PMPatrick MurphyJun 1, 20261.0So I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now. The service is about as bad as it gets. It takes a long long time just to get to the window. Then 90% of the time the drinks are not correct or a latte might only be a half of a cup. There is no manager here. It’s terrible. But: I figured it out, they hire people with special needs and disabilities. I get it! Most everyone here has special needs. Especially the ladies in the morning. So please be patient and understanding with these people. It’s not their fault that nothing is right here. It’s just a disability. I will never come back here tho. It’s really bad.

So, they made it AGAIN with regular vanilla. They didn’t complain or anything. They wanted to make it right. I really appreciate that! 4 stars just because it’s Dunkin and their coffee is always mid. Croissant sandwich was great though as always!
