More importantly though, the manager claimed she could not sell me sausage gravy after 11AM because ‘corporate’ said no. I have been to 3 other bojangles locations who all said that is a lie! Editing this review to add: they forgot 2 of my meals entirely from the order, did not give us a single honey mustard of the 6 we needed (1 per meal) and got 3 of the sides wrong. Down to a 2 star review.

The AI was not working properly,it took part of my order and told me it was getting an associate. No one ever came to finish my order. People were lined up behind me. I kept saying hello, hello no one came. The cars behind started backing up to get in the other lane. I had to back up and then pull up again to get the AI to work. The AI wanted to take my oder again. I gave it my order and it took it this time. When i got to the window they told me that it would be 4 minutes on the ham. I told them that the rest of my food would get cold. They then told me that it would only be a minute so I said okay. I waited for about five minutes before they brought the food out to my car. I took the ham biscuit and Mac n cheese to my Dad. The Mac and cheese looked old and was stiff. The container wasn't even filled up. When I got home with the family meal, the dirty rice container was only half filled. As for the chicken, we received 4 legs and 4 thighs. No wings and no breast. I will not be returning to this location. The food was very, very disappointing.

When my husband and grandson arrived to pick up the order, employees were using profanity, including repeated use of the F-word, within earshot of customers. In addition, the food quality was poor. The fries were cold and tasted as though they had been sitting out for an extended period of time. The chicken supremes were unusually small, comparable in size to chicken nuggets. Our order was also incomplete, as a milk was missing. We had specifically requested that all drinks be prepared without ice, yet every drink contained ice. Between the unprofessional behavior, inaccurate order, and poor food quality, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope management will address these issues to improve customer service and quality control in the future. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and will think twice before returning.
