But don’t worry—the real experience begins when you burn extra gas making a return trip to get their mistake corrected, only to be greeted with attitude like you’re the inconvenience. No apology, no attempt to make it right, and certainly no concern for the time or gas you wasted. The food may or may not come with what you ordered, but one thing seems guaranteed: a heaping side of “It’s not our fault,” served fresh with attitude.

I was forced to go around and wait in a much longer drive thru line because my they didn’t have anyone clearly prepared for the weather and the rush. Again, I paid money, didn’t get my food, then had to wait in the drive thru again, they didn’t even hand me a straw for the drinks they gave me before they told me to circle back. Oh yeah, and there’s a Flock camera just watching everyone.
