  Very disappointing experience with this Wingstop location on Derita Road in Concord. This location has repeatedly been closing early, sometimes hours before the advertised closing time. What makes it even more frustrating is that customers can place online orders and receive notifications saying the order is ready, only to arrive and find the store closed or the order not actually ready. I’ve also had a difficult time getting refunds for orders that the restaurant was unable to fulfill. I have repeatedly encountered the same manager during these situations, and unfortunately the problems continue without any apparent resolution. This isn’t an isolated bad experience—it has become a recurring issue. Management needs to address the inconsistent hours, online ordering system, refund process, and customer service. I hope corporate management takes a serious look at what is happening at this location because customers should not have to deal with this repeatedly.

  Disappointed with this visit. We ordered the same 30-piece classic wings we usually get, but received all drums like r u kidding me?? We also had to go back to the cashier because they forgot our sauces. We noticed no ice in the fountain drink. Anyone couldn’t get to answer the phone calls despite several staff being there. The cashier was friendly and accommodating tho. But overall, the experience was unfortunately not what we’re used to here. Hopefully, things improve next time.

  What’s wrong with this place of all Wingstops??? There is no leader at this place. The employees look like they hate themselves and their customers. If it doesn’t sink in to the management even after a less than 3 star over all rating, corporate executives of Wingstop must wake up from their slumber and do something about this.

  Food here is extremely hit or miss, usually my stuff is correct but sometimes its cold, or mixed up with other orders. As a food service manager myself it's extremely apparent that the store level management is either poor, or inadequately trained or staffed. The employees are always great to me so props to them, but i will come in and see a very obviously understaffed team and it's blatant that something is wrong management wise. Everything past this point in my review has nothing to do with this location, but rather wingstop as an entity. When I checked out for my meal i was told by the website that a FOX One trial was included. Now let's be real for a minute, wingstop is often in lower income and primarily minority neighborhoods, why would we think it's a good idea to advertise a company that is fundamentally anti-minority? I will no longer be supporting wingstop due to this.
