  If I could give it negative stars I would. First the app tells me the order is ready only for me to get there and the lady tell me there will be a delay. Fine it’s ok I let it go then I get home ready to eat my sandwich and they were made wrong. I go to the store to get a new one and rather than an apology I get an attitude. THEN she has to call her owner and the owner tells her she can’t fix one of my sandwiches. This place has terrible service and the owner seems like a big problem too. Terrible service!!!!

  I ordered in advance to pick up at the store, but they didn't start the order until after 5 mins when the app said it would be done, and they did 4 walk-ons before starting to work on it. They need to work on time management.

  With the amount of meat they put in our sandwiches, it felt like robbery! They prepared our sandwiches behind a metal barrier so you can even see your order being prepared. My thought was, what are you hiding. When I got home I realized they are hiding the fact that they are very skimpy with the amount of meat they used. I didn't bring out a ruler to measure, but the sandwich didn't seem like it was 6". If a retailer doesn't give me value for my hard earned dollar, I won't be a return customer. I thought about making a video like the ones they did for Chipotle, so potential customers will be aware of the volume of meat in their sandwiches.
