  After paying for food waited 45 minutes, no food. Went to ask about food informed they was out of one repeat that one of the several items I ordered. i asked why no one had not informed me untill i asked about food. Manager just shrugged shoulders. I then told them to substitute the one item. When they finally brought food no drinks. I was then informed out of tea. Tea was one of three drinks I ordered so they didn't bring any drinks.

  Had a terrible experience with the Gastonia location Still will not return to that location But here in concord I give it 5 stars. Fast friendly and delicious. Service was awesome!!

  My app placed my order to a different store and I didn't know how to change the location or cancel it so the assistant manager tried to help figure it out but couldn't so she just gave me the food

  Went through to get a large strawberry Sprite didn’t realize the lid wasn’t all the way on and when I picked it up, I dropped all 32 ounces of strawberry Sprite all in my car as I was driving almost wrecked. Please make sure you put lids on big drinks, please and thanks.
