I eat lunch at the 7th St location in Charlotte all of the time and get my favorite salad, a grilled chicken chef and it is always excellent. The family and i were out shopping this past Saturday and decided to stop at this location and i couldn’t believe the difference the salad was literally a bowl full of iceberg lettuce, which it should have been mixed greens and romaine and a little piece of chicken that was rock hard because it was so dry and the shredded cheese tasted like it sat out all day and dried out. My husband had a burger and that was also super dry! A definite no for me and I’m not sure if it was the manager with the blue eyes, but he was up front while we were ordering and we were with 3 kids and they were undecided on what they wanted so they were taking a little longer but he was getting annoyed. Needless to say i did not tip which i usually do not do, but glad i did not in this case almost $80.00 down the drain
