We've been coming to Rosario's for many years, and it has always been one of our favorite places. From the time our now-grown children were small, we shared many, many meals with you, and even carry out when they're over to the house. Thanks for being our go-to pizzeria!

My husband grabbed us a bite to eat from here tonight-and how nasty the food was....just NO! Garlic knots was so burnt they had to be picked to get what good of them was edible. How did they take these out of the oven and still served them to a paying customer? Secondly-the spaghetti & meatballs-No taste, no seasoning, spaghetti noodles were gummy, watery sauce in the bottom of the spaghetti dish, and the meatballs-Is it even meat?? They looked like they were made from some kind of paste and not actual meat- disgusting!!
I want to express my gratitude to the staff at this restaurant tonight. We were traveling and had ordered our dinner through the SLICE app. Fortunately, I had to call to ask a question, and they informed me that they were no longer partnered with SLICE. Despite this setback, they went above and beyond to ensure that my family received their meal. They stayed open a few minutes later to make sure everything was taken care of and even patiently worked with the Uber Delivery Driver (SLICE partner) to rectify an error on SLICE’s part. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely order directly through them. You have gained a loyal customer, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you!

Did something change within the last year or so? I don’t crave calzones often but this is where I normally get them when I do.
Holy cow - I’m eating the worst calzone I’ve ever had as we speak. My husband ordered a Stromboli and I ordered a calzone. Every calzone I’ve ever had literally anywhere (even here) has a thin, slightly crispy crust. This calzone is just as thick as the Stromboli. The edges are so hard, thick and overcooked I can’t even eat them. It looks like they took a thick pizza crust and just folded it over. The cheese is good and the only reason I’m still eating it. I’ll definitely be avoiding this place for a calzone next time I have a craving

This was my third visit, and unfortunately, the customer experience has continued to decline.
My first visit was pretty good. On my second visit, staff began putting chairs on tables while customers were still dining, making it feel like they were rushing everyone out the door. Tonight was even worse. At 8:15 PM, customers were still actively walking in, yet chairs were already on the tables throughout the restaurant. No one wants to eat while staring at the bottoms of chairs. It comes across as rude and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, around 7:45 PM, the staff stopped making pizzas for the single-slice display case, despite the fact that many customers continued to come in afterward. I was there for over 30 minutes and watched a steady stream of people enter. There was clearly enough demand to justify keeping the display stocked.
The overall atmosphere felt neglected. Nearly every table was dirty, while several employees in the back appeared to be standing around rather than cleaning or assisting customers.
A great product can only go so far when the customer experience is this poor. Based on the service and overall experience, I will not be returning.
