  1. The food is WAAAYYYY better than Chipotle! 2. The customer service is genuinely amazing. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and makes sure to greet you. 3. I would definitely recommend coming here because you’re getting fresh, delicious food for a great price. You really can’t beat it!

  We ordered door dash from this location. 2 bowls and one large queso & guacamole with chips. Only the chips and dip showed up, no bowls even though it was on the packing slip. Very disappointing.

  My wife ordered online and her order was missing a handful of ingredients. Genuine mistake and the staff was super kind so no hard feelings. She called to ask about potentially being partially refunded for what was missing and the manager went above and beyond to make right on it. Thank you!

  I visited the new QDOBA in Concord for its grand opening today. The food tasted good, but the portions were disappointing. I asked for a little more beans, and the employee added only about three or four individual beans. It was hard not to notice how carefully the employee avoided filling the spoon. Beans are inexpensive, so being this restrictive with them felt unnecessary and left a poor impression. I hope this location improves its portion sizes. The food has potential, but QDOBA should avoid becoming known for skimping on portions. Please do not be Chipotle. Picture of my half-empty bowl.   I had a great experience at Qdoba! The staff was warm, welcoming, and very friendly from the moment I walked in. They made me feel appreciated as a customer, and the service was excellent. My burrito was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in both their food and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
