I work about 8 minutes from this particular pizza hut and order here frequently. I have had the absolute worst experience today with this establishment a long with my staff at Harold E Winkler Middle School. I placed an order online and had my co-worker pick it up on her way to work but Bri the manager apparently refused the pick up because it was under a different name. The only problem I have with that is there is no one to pick up the pizza and surely my co-worker who gave her my name wouldn't falsely pick up a pizza. The billing was in another name but the pizza was still under my pizza hut account so it wasn't like she gave a name that wasn't listed. Then I was told she could come back and pick it up but she was no longer in the area so now my cold pizza is stuck at pizza hut. Finally I call back and ask for the pizza to be delivered and give Bri the address 3x's just for the pizza to never arrive, and when I call back and ask why it hasn't come I'm told that they can't deliver it because we're 48 minutes from the restaurant. At this point I asked for corporates number and her name. I hope you prepare for the incompetent employees at this restaurant before you place an order. Myself and my staff have had the only lunch we get today ruined, thanks Bri

Came in for '2 pepperoni personal pan pizzas". Said just as much to cashier after waiting 10 minutes. Cashier apologized for wait and I said "no problem, I know how it goes", with a smile, paid with tip (despite an order in, carryout). Walked in 15min later as requested , walked in and waited an additional 4 minutes for employees to notice and received 1 pep and 1 cheese personal pans. 1 dine in patron, 2 people in drive thru.

I went here for nostalgic reasons. I still remember visiting when I was a elementary school kid. It's definitely changed a little bit on the inside but Pizza Hut has done their best to make it feel nostalgic with tablecloths and lamps that look retro. The staff was very friendly and the food was pretty good. It did take a little bit longer than usual but the manager was very nice about it and took care of it for us. It wasn't quite the experience I remember but it still wasn't bad considering the slight time issue.

Food was delivered fresh and hot, with the employees satisfying special instructions asked of one of the items. Food was delicious. Delivery driver was also very courteous. Well worth the order.
