- ABalice billyAug 4, 20265.0Pizza Hut on Hwy 601 Concord, NC is absolutely awesome. We just returned from KIds/Family night and it was a blast. So much fun for the kiddoes. Grandkids were amazed seeing how balloons were made into swords and unicorns. Face painting was great. They even had snow cones and cake pops..yummy! The employees were so much fun and very attentive to service. We would recommend this Pizza Hut for pizza, buffet and now the family fun. Great job to all the staff and management.

English is not my first language, and I have a strong accent. I was simply trying to ask for the daily special, but the employee who answered was very impatient. Instead of trying to understand me, she hung up on me. I kindly ask the staff to have patience with customers who do not speak English fluently. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I hope this experience helps improve customer service in the future.
