  We came at 4:30 in the morning and all of a sudden they don’t open until 5AM? The lady was beyond rude and never told us over the intercom we had to pull up to the window to get her attention. I also find it funny since the place is marked 24 hours on google and we just got breakfast at 4 in the morning a week or so ago.

  I’m sorry but I’m not sorry. When is it okay for staff to bring their overly loud little kids in to work. They are out of hand. Screaming and yelling. I came to dine in for lunch. I love kids however this is not the environment for young little children who cannot control their own actions. Too loud. I drive uber and just needed a normal dine in experience which is normally peaceful. You can’t do your job while you are watching little children. A concerned dine in customer. This type of occurrence will keep me from coming back as well as other customers. Just stating the obvious.

  This has got to be the worst experience I've had at this McDonald's. I ordered the new chicken Caesar sandwich and it was a freaking disaster. Barely any Caesar sauce was put on to this sandwich and the sliced tomatoes I had we're all end pieces where the stem comes out. Also the chicken was like eating a piece of rubber. I took one bite and I couldn't even put my teeth through the piece of chicken because the whole thing just came right out of the sandwich and then the sandwich just fell apart. You people need to do better with your food. God knows the sandwich I ordered was nothing like the picture you advertise. I actually had to put mayonnaise on the bottom bun just to have a little flavor.

  I just left this location for breakfast and the young African American girl with the blond hair halfway pulled up in a clip that's working the back drive thru is very, VERY rude. She forgot that her mic was on and made comments in response to me asking questions about what I was trying to order. I gave her the chance to make it right when I got to the window and she ignored it. Needless to say, I'll stick to my regular McDonald's location. The second lady at the front drive thru was nice though.

  Just went through the drive thru and ordered a steak, egg and cheese biscuit with no onions. Got to work and onions every where. The cashier was so busy texting on the phone and talking to her co worker, that she missed everything. No greeting, no closure....nothing. However the lady who i assumed was a manager in the second window was perfect. I have called the store and cannot get a response.
