  I just left this location, heading to work....after I reached the facility and parked for a few minutes to eat before I went in, I decided to open my sandwich. Something I dont normally do but I did today because I can tell my food wasnt right. today the CRISPY CHICKEN BISCUIT that I ordered felt flatter than usual. Come to find out they gave me a MCCHICKEN biscuit for the PRICE of a crispy chicken!!!! Some may not find this as an issue but I do, because food is too expensive to be getting something other than what I paid for!!!! Pay attention and do better McDonald's!

  Got there at 10:40 to order lunch and all they had posted was the breakfast menu I asked them if they could switch to the lunch menu and said they weren't able to going through the app It showed they serve breakfast till 11:00

  I have it 3 stars because the customer service is getting bad. They don't greet with smile, more talking and laughing while people in dinning area waiting for food. The food: Some of the food taste recooked, oily, dirty, and greasy. (When asked for fresh hot food they put it in a microwave, hot fries/fresh hot nuggets get redipped back into grease.

  Jahmeriah (J) took my order at the drive thru last night. When I say attitude, customer service and politeness were all on point! She made mine and my daughters experience amazing. Thank you J! Even my 8 year old daughter was happy with the 5 BBQ sauces J didn’t forget and she said “Best worker ever”.

  Cathy, manager needs replaced or a performance improvement plan set up. Yelling at staff about what there not doing right so loud that customers in the dining area turn around and are offended. Even when we ordered our meal, she was talking and speaking to the McDonald’s staff in Spanish. I’m not bilingual, so let’s have some respect and realize it can be offensive and we are still in the USA
