- MMM3 days ago1.0This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. I can't believe they would even have staff working on their team that behave in the manner that some of the workers here have. Companies need to stop being desperate in hiring anybody and hire people that actually want to work and are at least decent to customers and not when corporate isnt looking. The young staff specifically one young female worker of hispanic descent and the young short haired blonde manager are beyond unprofessional. Its practically a joke that their unprofessional behavior and attitude are displayed here.They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Specifically the women workers of Hispanic descent I've been to this location multiple times, the manager with short blonde hair is very unprofessional I'm not sure why shes even a manager because she cant manage anything properly that ive witnessed on multiple occasions. They are always unorganized and in a rush. To top it off they have the worst attitudes. This store definitely needs to replace their workers who cant maintain a positive attitude and who act ratchet because they definitely are. they definitely give the store and the company a bad rep without a doubt. I dont recommend this location if you are expecting decent customer service. Get better Staff!!

We came in to sit down for a quick pick me up in the middle of the hottest day of the year and everything (tables, chairs, soft bench seating, floors, WALLS, DOORS, literally all surfaces??) is just covered in,..grime? Frosting? Who the heck knows. Just disgusting. There was also no cream in my apparently cream filled donut? Will not be returning.

First thing I noticed was how filthy the restrooms were I’m talking black stuff (mold) on the walls by the hand dryers and the toilets look like they haven’t seen a cleaning in months. Looked around and bam there’s a cockroach, if there’s roaches in the bathroom then I can only imagine they’re getting into wherever the sugar and batter is.

Unfortunately, especially at this location the service is always .. every time we go.. very very slow. At the location in south end they’re usually pretty good about service and timing. I don’t know what’s the difference between them but that’s just one thing I noticed. Otherwise - great donut! Just bring some time during ordering.
