There have been times where it’s on, but the donuts you get don’t quite feel like they just came off the line. Even so, the quality is still solid overall, and when you do get them fresh, they’re absolutely incredible. All in all, it’s still definitely worth the stop if you’re in the mood for a classic, great-tasting donut.

I guess on Sundays they do not turn on their machines so I had to choose what they had. There wasn’t any empathy or urgency to make it right; It would have even been nice if the online menu was updated so that I would have known before I drove to Concord.
