The owner of this place obviously doesn't care about it. We have been waiting here for 15 minutes and there is nobody working here. Guess they went shopping or ssomething. At least 8 people walked up and left. Ice cream store in busy mall with nobody working it.

I see several other reviews stating the staff are rude as the reason for their rating. I can say on the couple of visits I’ve made the workers were young, but perfectly polite and so was I to them. I usually get a very complicated confection that involves multiple stages to assemble and I can say from working retail that when customers ask for the most complicated things it can feel tiring on a long day. But if treated with respect I’ve never gotten anything but pleasant experiences from the staff on the occasions I’ve visited. But I have seen people being very rude to the staff. If you want a great ice cream treat and are prepared to wait a moment for them to prepare it for you without making a snarky or rude comment I’m sure you’ll have a great time.

Me and my family ordered couple ice creams and a shake, guy here was very rude.. didn’t wear no gloves and didn’t wash his hands before he started making shake, on top he gave me my shake in a dirty used cup upon asking he he didn’t say anything and when he handed me the cup I said it’s all over my cup then he handed me napkin and walked away. It’s a good brand ice cream but worst service .
