  Why are your truck drivers on their cell phones while operating 18 wheelers? I record them everyday on social media and I'm sick of seeing them slowing up traffic with cell phones in hand. Don't address it and I'll keep recording them. The highway is not the place for them to be on cell phones while operating 18 wheelers!

  This store is always organized with excellent customer service. The selection is great, but not overwhelming having just what you need with good options. The deli section is great with exceptional service and normally well stocked. Self checkout is simple and they always have employees avail even to assist. I go a little out of the way to stop at this particular store because it’s the best Food Lion.

  Now, who reviews a Food Lion, you might ask? Well, I don’t really have a reason to, but why not. This Food Lion is pretty much what you’d expect from a standard Food Lion. The prices are very cheap, and, in line with that, the quality is fairly basic as well. That said, the real standout is their manager’s special on meat. In the mornings—typically around 7 to 8 a.m.—they mark down meats they need to sell that day. This includes steaks, T-bones, and other cuts that get reduced to prices you really won’t find anywhere else. To be clear, this isn’t high-end grass-fed, top-shelf beef. It’s just standard, budget-friendly steak. But if you’re looking to feed the family on a budget, it’s an excellent deal. We’ve actually made a habit of going in the mornings and picking up what’s marked down, and we’ll probably keep doing it as long as they keep running those specials.
