The self‑order kiosk was not functioning and would not allow us to place an order. We approached the cashier, who informed us that they were not taking any orders at all and were not honoring the Buy One Get One Free promotion. I politely asked to speak with a manager. TJ, the Area Manager, came to the front and repeated the same information. He stated that there was a 20–30 minute wait time. We told him that was fine and asked if we could place an order without the promotion, and he still declined, saying they would run out of buns before our order could be made. We also asked if the promotion could be honored on a future visit, and he said it could not. Additional observations: The manager appeared to have a full staff working. There were approximately 7–10 guests waiting for food, not including online orders. There appeared to be an adequate supply of buns visible. Staff members were polite, but no one — including the manager — offered an apology for the inconvenience.
