- EBErika Byrd3 days ago1.0Came in because drive through was busy .. it was 3 people at a table with food and another person at a tall table … the ladies working in the back were all doing things .. no one acknowledged me or said anything.. after 4 minutes a young girl came to the Register with a head set on and said what do you want .. I looked at her and sighed… placed the order .. paid .. then asked her name .. she side Miya..: my suggestion is that the employee is trained in customer service .. she seemed to not be having a good day

BUT as an UNsweetened tea drinker I think I’ve finally learned my lesson of throwing money away here. 8 out of 10 times my UNsweetened tea either tastes like coffee or a super diluted sweet tea. Never JUST tea. It’s really as simple as rinsing out the machines before brewing unsweetened tea. I’m embarrassed to say how much money I’ve wasted on gross teas here.
