- KSKatrese Scott4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience I went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee and a bagel toasted with butter. After waiting about 15 minutes, I was given a bagel that was so burnt I honestly thought they had given me a cinnamon bagel. I returned it and waited another five minutes, only to be given a bagel with cream cheese instead of butter. At that point, I went inside and asked to speak with the manager. The manager questioned me by saying, “Didn’t you ask for a lightly toasted bagel?” I explained that I asked for a toasted bagel with butter — not cream cheese. She then said they had simply told her to make a bagel. What really bothered me was the attitude and lack of professionalism. She made the replacement bagel, slammed the bag down in front of me, and then said, “Have a nice day.” I remained polite, took the bag, and left. Mistakes happen. I completely understand that. But the way a customer is treated when they bring a mistake to your attention matters just as much as the mistake itself. After waiting 20 minutes for a simple coffee and bagel, I expected better service and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be rushing back to this location.

The associate Miya placed my order in the box after didn’t say anything or even look up at me. Very rude. Terribly lacks customer service skills. This was not my first interaction with her. A second employee was working behind the counter with a Large orange puffer coat with the hood on it looked very out of place and alarming. It’s 90 degrees why are you wearing a puffer jacket ? I will be reporting to corporate. Do better.
