  Had an issue at a different Dominos and was given a free 2 topping pizza to redeem. I choose to do so at my local home store seeing as I almost never have an issue here. Today that was different! I walked in to pickup order and grabbed a 20oz drink(that was on the order) before the employee asked my name. I provided my name and the clerk told me a total different from the app. I corrected him and he said what about the drink at which time I explained it was on the order. He seemed upset that I was only paying $2.14 for a pizza and drink which made me want to lift the lid of pizza and check before leaving. The $2 was for extra toppings I requested. Does this pizza look like it has extra chicken? This portion looks regular all day. I asked to speak to the manager which is when things began to take a left. The employee who had been helping me(Norman) started to get more irate and starring me down and raising his voice saying he’d been there 27yrs, and I only paid $2 something and finally the other guy(Andrew) came and announced himself as the manager. It doesn’t matter what I paid as long as the app says it’s good or in this case I paid in store. Give me what I paid for. Andrew did the best he could to calm the situation but lacks management skills needed to make the difference. Especially when you end a conversation by saying I don’t have to come to this store. I been coming to this location for 15yrs, that’s how you feel about your customers?! Noted!

  If you order from this Domino’s, it will be over an hour late. I’ve ordered a pizza for delivery 5 times and every time it’s been 1-2 hours late. It’s fine if you’re busy, good for you, but don’t quote people a 30-40 minute wait time when it’s going to 90-120 minutes - The most recent attempt I thought I would order ahead of time (ordered at 12pm for a 5:30 delivery)the pizza was cooked on time (5pm) but then it just sat at the store, why would you cook the pizza if you don’t have a driver to deliver it?

  This Domino’s Pizza is okay overall. We’ve ordered from here quite a few times, and most of the time the pizza has been solid—exactly what you expect from Domino’s when everything goes right. That said, we did have one pretty rough delivery experience where it took over two hours for the pizza to arrive, and it showed up cold. That was definitely disappointing. I can’t say for sure where the breakdown happened, but it wasn’t a great experience. We also had a recent order where we requested pineapple on the pizza (which I stand by as a perfectly valid topping choice), but it unfortunately got left off. Small thing, but still a letdown. Even with those issues, it’s still a dependable option for cheap, quick pizza. It’s not gourmet by any means, but when it’s running smoothly, it gets the job done. Because of that, we still end up ordering from here when we want something affordable and fast.

  You all really need to hire young people who are competent. I've tried this location a few times and every time it's an issue with my order. Tonight was no different. Screwed up my order, I drove back to get a refund bc at this point I don't even want to the pizza. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience, nothing. Please work on being more efficient!
