  I was very disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. When I walked into the store, it was not very clean, and there were only three employees working despite there being hardly any customers. Service was extremely slow, and the employees were not friendly while preparing my order. When my bowl was being made, I asked for rice and pinto beans, but the pinto bean container was almost empty and mostly filled with bean water. The store was also out of steak, so I had to get chicken instead, which ended up being very dry. The workstation itself did not appear clean, and no employees were preparing fresh meat or refilling ingredients. To make matters worse, I purchased a fountain drink, but none of the fountain drinks were working. When I asked the cashier if there was a replacement option, she told me no. She also stated she could not provide a refund or substitute a bottled drink because it was priced differently. During this interaction, the cashier was on her phone and carrying a bag covered in marijuana leaf designs, which felt unprofessional. Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, food quality, and overall experience were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

  The service there was so stuck up and rude and lack attention respect as showing interest in making the customer feel comfortable, shouldn’t have to see multiple people walk out with frowns on their faces because of the attitudes working there

  This Chipotle is honestly becoming a joke. It’s 12 PM in the middle of the day and they already had no guac, and the lettuce looked old and disgusting. I seriously don’t understand how a restaurant runs out of basic ingredients this early. What made it worse was that I asked the employee if he could bring some guac from the area where they prepare the online orders, since they clearly still had some there. He told me he couldn’t go get guac from that side and bring it over for customers in line. There was zero effort to help or even try to fix the situation. And at night it’s even worse. They supposedly close around 10:45 or 11 PM, but every single time I go around 9 PM, they’re already out of chicken and half the ingredients. So what’s the point of staying open if there’s nothing left to serve? Whoever is managing this location is doing a terrible job and definitely not representing the Chipotle brand the way it should be represented. If the owner or manager can’t handle running this place properly, maybe it’s time to let someone else take over who actually cares about quality and customer service. I’m honestly hoping another Chipotle opens nearby to give this location some competition, because this place has gone downhill and clearly nobody here cares anymore.

  Save your money people & just drive to another location. The location in the university area is way better than here. This one needs to be shut down immediately.

  The lady on front line making the bowls was very disrespectful rude and this was the first time also was in there mad talking her customers she does not need to work at chipotle she was very rude and disrespectful and needed to keep her opinions to her self I will be contacting cooperate because the way she threw my food in the bag and was over all rude and childish I highly recommend choosing another location other than that one
