  I leave Huntersville for Concord for my Chipotle fix, because the Chipotle in Birkdale is... embarrassingly bad. If you've been there...you know. If not ... trust me, Hville folk. It's worth it. I normally take to go, but if I ever wanted to eat in, this store is always clean (unlike Birkdale, which frequently looks like a tornado passed through).

  Worst experience ever . Went there with hungry stomach but the employees over there were so rude and giving serious looks on us I lost on my interest on food with their expressions . The staff alone inside were communicating so much with a loud noise and laughing while customers were waiting at the food I don’t recommend this place because of the staff there

  I went in today, in the middle of a huge lunch rush with a very large order for 10 people. The team working were all hands on deck, took my list and made it all happen quick, smooth, and without holding up the line. They triple checked my order to make sure nothing was missed and ensured me that my large order was no trouble! This was my first visit to this location and will not be our last. Huge shout out to the team working today 4/8/2026 for excellent customer service!

  The food itself was decent, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the condition of the restaurant. The inside was absolutely filthy. There was trash all over the floors, the tables looked disgusting, and none of them appeared to have been wiped down in quite some time. It gave the entire place an unsanitary feel and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. To make matters worse, the staff told me they were out of queso, only for it to suddenly be available right after I left. That kind of inconsistency is frustrating and makes it seem like customers are not being given accurate information. The bathrooms were also in very poor condition and clearly had not been properly cleaned. When a restaurant neglects basic cleanliness in both the dining area and the restrooms, it raises serious concerns about overall hygiene and management standards. Overall, while the food was acceptable, the lack of cleanliness, poor upkeep of the dining area and bathrooms, and questionable communication from staff made the visit unpleasant. The restaurant needs to significantly improve its sanitation and attention to customer experience.
