This is, without a doubt, the best Chipotle we’ve ever been to! From the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. The restaurant was spotless, and you could tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything clean and organized.
The morning crew definitely knows what they’re doing! They were friendly, efficient, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The food was fresh, everything was prepared perfectly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Great food, exceptional service, and an incredibly clean restaurant—we’ll definitely be back. Keep up the fantastic work!

If you have two hours to wait for your food this is the place for you. Online said pick up at 720 it’s now almost 8 o clock and still no food.

I come 2,3 time a week this place very dirty the chair and floor everything is not clean.I’m never going back there.

the whole environment energy was so dark & rude nobody has a smile on they’re face or greets you, they speak with a attitude, my burrito was falling apart bc they had someone that was clearly new wrapping it with no help while they’re at the register arguing with some man about the service they give! everytime i come to this chipotle im reminded why i drive all the way to university instead! the lobby was also FILTHY i wanted to eat inside but i just couldn’t my experience here is always terrible.

I have tried time and time again to give Chipotle Mexican Grill a chance because my family and I genuinely love the food. Unfortunately, the experience continues to fall short.
When ordering online, there always seems to be something missing from the order. If we decide to go into a local restaurant and order in person, the experience is often just as disappointing. The staff frequently seem uninterested, and when there is an issue, getting help feels nearly impossible.
Receipts are not always provided, customer care sends you in circles, calls to the local restaurant often go unanswered, and it is unclear whether there is even a manager available to address concerns.
My most recent visit was the final straw. I walked into my local Chipotle and the employee behind the counter walked away. After about a minute, she quietly asked if she could help me. I had four burrito bowl orders, each with different ingredients, and instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like my order was an inconvenience.
I understand that every workplace has difficult days, but after repeated issues, repeated feedback, and no noticeable improvement, I have reached my limit. I love Chipotle’s food, but great food only goes so far when the overall customer experience continues to be frustrating.
Unfortunately, my family and I will likely no longer be customers.
