- DDDarice2 days ago1.0This is the absolute slowest CFA I’ve ever been to. What’s the point of double drive thru if neither lane is for mobile orders?? One person is running food for two lanes??! And taking payment??? There’s literally no incentive to order in the app for this location. I’ve never seen CFA lines move so slowly. This location tarnishes the brand for efficiency and it’s clear the owner cares mire about padding their pockets due to lack of hiring needed staff needed. I will never come to this location again.

So I decided to pull around to be greeted with more attitude by another employee storming over to my car. Their attitudes were the WORSE & I will be calling CORPORATE IMMEDIATELY

I was catered to like I was in a steak house. Saw a photo of the owner while waiting for my meal.....turns out it was my cashier! P.S. - probably the cleanest bathroom in Concord
- AHAmanda HelmsApr 28, 20261.0This used to be my go to place especially when it was located in concord commons always had a great experience there. The new location is awful. Anytime you go through the drive thru be prepared to wait even when you do a mobile order service is SLOW. Quality of food has gone downhill at this location. Very disappointed as I was a frequent customer during lunch time. Customer service is lacking here when you get to the person taking your order in the drive thru they are never friendly. Fries are always undercooked, soggy, and over salted.
