    I’m not sure why this location is getting bad reviews. It’s just as good as the others but it’s understandable they are going to have some hiccups in the beginning. People need to learn some patience.

    Came inside to have a quick meal and was surprised to see someone working the drive thru taking orders in this heat. Looked back out and she was hanging off the side of a vehicle. She was quickly brought back inside but had yet another person replace her. I used to work for CFA and I know the routines in place dealing with heat/cold. But you have a literal machine and QR code. There is absolutely NO reason to have anyone standing in that exhaust when the index is 103. Thankfully by the time I left they pulled everyone inside but did you really have to stand there and discuss it unti someone finally says "no one should be out there". This was 6:20 pm!! Do better by your employees and keep their well-being ahead of your desire for image and profit. Not a good look. PS Food was good / Service was lackluster.

    Forgot chicken strips in my pickup order then when I came back took 15 minutes to even care enough to replace them. Talked to manager and he pawned me off on someone else and ignored me the rest of the time.

    I really want to like this location… it’s so close to my house. But the staff isn’t friendly and every time I order something is wrong or missing. I’ve been here 3 times. 2 were mobile orders in the drive thru and 1 inside. Not once have I received my order correctly, even when it’s repeated back to me and printed on the receipt just as I ordered it. The food I do get is good and hot, it’s just not what I ordered in entirety, lol. The staff is well trained in professionalism, but all very clearly have a look of “I don’t want to be here” on their face. It’s gloomy. Three strikes does it for me; I’ll stick to the CLT area locations from now on.

    Very unprofessional staff. I have ordered twice on Uber Eats and both times they have sent me the wrong items. It seems they send what they want and not what the customer specifically asked for. They just ruined my dinner tonight because I don’t have a vehicle to go and get my correct items and spoke to manager Mercedes and she said there’s nothing she can do but take my name and offer my items for free on next visit. Went through drive thru and they did the exact same thing. Had to return to have my order corrected. Workers need more training or retraining so they can do their job correctly. I will be going to get my free items and will never return to this specific restaurant.
