  This Chick-fil-A is always on point. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and they keep the line moving fast even when it’s busy. You can tell this location is really well managed. Definitely one of the best around.

  The actual place is perfectly fine. The parking lot is a travesty. You can't just drive around the whole building. You have to go through the friggin drive through if you don't know the only way out is through the middle area. We ate in, parked at the top back, and had to go through the drive through. There was no other way out from that spot. Who made this mess???

  I visited the drive through today and ordered a chicken wrap, chicken minis and 2 teas. I knew it was their opening day so I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's pretty obvious the staff needs more / better training. A staff member (female) brought my food to my car and handed me the bag and proceeded to hand me 2 large teas. I didn't have room in my cup holder for both so I asked for a drink carrier to which she did a slight eye roll and responded you'll have to drive around. I drove up to the window and she basically walked up and threw the drink holder at me which had not been put together so as I was holding the one large drink. I was in complete disbelief and started shaking my head when one of the other team members at the window saw this and he came over to help me. In addition to the poor service, the chicken wrap barely had any chicken. It was all wrap and lettuce with maybe 2 deli thin sliver of grilled chicken. I was excited for this location to open but I guess I'll continue to drive to drive a little further to the location across from the Carolina mall. They have exceptional service there. Maybe they should send the new employees there to train.

  No clue who owns this place but everyone in Concord/Kannapolis must love him/her cause the drive thru was PACKED at 6 AM! Excellent service and food. I will probably never eat at another chick fil a location! PS: I was not the first customer…
