    I am a frequent flyer, and the customer service is always great. Moe, in particular, always makes it a point to greet me and other customers. His warm and welcoming approach makes me feel valued and genuinely makes me want to return.     Shoutout to Manny! He is super sweet, has a smile on his face, and so accommodating. I e only been to this location a few times but Manny has been there for most if the visits and he is such a pleasure

    I mostly go there during lunch time and I love the food amazing service. My daughter loves it too. Chair and tables can be bit cleaner.

    This location has really gone downhill. I used to receive some of the best customer service here. I can’t remember the manager’s name—he was a funny Black guy—but he always made customers feel welcome and handled any issues professionally\. The whole staff has changed and it’s not a good. Now, my order is wrong almost every time I visit, and the employees seem like they hate being at work. The positive atmosphere that made me a regular customer is gone\. I used to come here because I knew I’d receive excellent customer service, and if there was ever a problem, it was taken care of right away\. Melissa the GM is rude and it seems she’s incompetent of her job and I hope she takes the time to address these issues because this location used to set the standard for great customer service. The employees look like they hate their job looking lifeless on the line. I will not be returning to this location at all
