  CAVA is a great Mediterranean bowl place with a ton of options. As an Orthodox Christian, I fast during Lent and a few other seasons, and this is honestly one of the better fasting-friendly casual spots. There’s plenty here for vegetarians too, so I’d definitely recommend it for that. That said… there’s almost too much freedom. You can build your own bowl from a huge list of ingredients, or just go with one of their recommended combinations—which is probably the safer move. Because every time I’ve had a “let me get creative” moment, it turns into a bowl that tastes like I was experimenting with no real qualifications. And I wasn’t. I very much was not. All in all, really good food—just maybe don’t treat it like a science project unless you know what you’re doing.

  First time eating at Cava and I was very happy. Very clean great service and food was excellent. Large portions, will definitely return

  The team members at this location are great and of course the food is, too! There was some confusion between my order and the customer in front of me when we proceeded to check out. The manager stepped in and handled the situation which led to them remaking my bowl. I was pleased with the service. However, the customers behind me were very impatient, and I would just like to say, the workers were simply doing their best and trying to help everyone as fast as they could. I wish others were a bit more understanding of that. Thank you!

  A place to order on April 18, 2026 to be picked up at 6:15 PM. I went into the store to pick up the order that was awaiting on a rack. A place an order for two bowls to be picked up when I got home. There’s only one bowl in the bag. I politely called the store and let them know that there was a missing bowl in the bag that was informed that I could request a refund on the app. The whole purpose of me placed in the order was because I wanted food not to get a refund for food I returned back to the store I was met with. Some incompetent Staff, I politely let them know that they have made a mistake and didn’t include one of the bowls on my order. So staff Co Manager to come out and I explained the situation to her and she said I will get them to make you another bowl at no time. Was it an apology for the mistake in his current state of economy? Food prices are extremely high gas prices are extremely high. There should be a little of no time for orders to be served to customers in correctly. Sincerely, unhappy Customer!
