Very nice staff. Great food and they entertained our custom requests to accommodate my little picky eaters ☺️ Will definitely come back again soon!

My family and I came to Carrabbas for dinner after spending the day at great wolf lodge and wish we never did. But trust we never will be back, however people need to know how bad not only the food comes out, but the horrible and absurd service this establishment provides. We come in and are sat almost immediately, host was really nice. But it’s when we get sat that everything goes down. Our server Amy was right beside another server people were calling Mohammed I believe. We overheard both of them gossiping about tables, and apparently another server got fired recently or something because they were talking about how they made up some story about the Jewish community and called hr and the server never came back. 1st off that’s not right, 2nd off it’s highly unprofessional to be gossiping in a restaurant setting. We ordered mozzarella sticks for the kids and watched them sit in the window for 15 minutes. They were also cold when we got them. My son ordered chicken tenders with broccoli, my daughter got grilled shrimp and broccoli, my wife got lobster ravioli and I got the chicken Marsala. Food was decent but we did not tip! We didn’t call for the manager because the kids were tired from the day and just ready to get out of there, otherwise we would have. I would not recommend Amy or Mohammed if you decide to come here to eat!!! And watch out to anyone trying to seek employment, apparently they like to make up stories and call hr. Crazy!!!!

I decided to take me and my wife out for dinner the other night and just the overall experience was horrible and we will never be coming back. We will be telling your friends and family AND posting our experience on ALL social media platforms so EVERYONE knows this location is HORRIBLE. To start off we walked to the host stand and were told there was a 10 minute wait, which is understandable but there was almost nobody sat, we proceeded to wait 45 minutes to get sat. While we were waiting we heard two little girls in the corner by the Togo door just talking so DISRESPECTFULLY about not only managers and staff but guests too! I heard the host say Jamerica and Aniyah I think there names where when they had orders the host asked them about. I grabbed manager cards too! We move on and eventually get sat. We are in a dirty booth with a BUG ON THE FLOOR! absolutely gross!!!!! We tell our server Mohammed that we want to be moved. He goes to the host stand and lets them know. He’s clearly very annoyed that we asked to be moved but tries to hide it so we still tip. I order the calamari and the chicken trio and my wife orders the lasagna. We have two kids bring us our drinks and bread. Very nice kids. Mohammed comes back to check on us after we were served our dinner and is making fun of our religion and trying to mask it! The service just goes extremely downhill from there. Mohammed was very rude and unprofessional and we could clearly see him gossiping about us to the other restaurant staff members. We call for the manager and I believe his name was Jonathan. He definitely had some attitude towards us but we were just over it at that point. We paid and left and will NEVER RETURN. Those staff members should be fired and new ones who know how to be professional should be hired!!!! No way should staff be so rude and discriminatory towards guests!!!!!!
