  We recently hosted a group party here, and the service was truly 5-star. The manager greeted us immediately upon arrival and checked in throughout the meal to ensure everything was perfect. The entire team worked seamlessly to make sure our food arrived hot and fresh. We felt incredibly welcomed, and the meal was delicious—especially the buffalo chicken pizza, which had a perfect crust. Artichoke spinach dip 😋😋Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was absolutely on point and super friendly, and the wood-fired pizza was top-tier as always. ​Having a great location where our members and families can hang out, break bread, and plan upcoming club events makes all the difference. We had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to make Brixx a regular monthly meet-up spot for the club! ​10 out of 10 — highly recommended!

  This place is truly fantastic! We enjoyed our time at the bar, where Alisa G was our incredible bartender. She not only delivered outstanding service but also offered top-notch recommendations on what to eat and drink. Tim made sure our experience was flawless by regularly checking in to ensure we were having a great time. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to family and friends—it's a must-visit!

  I watched the manager berate every single person he talked to, blamed everyone but himself for things he should be doing, and had no idea how to speak to his employees. I almost want to get a job there for just a day to have a come to Jesus moment with him and teach him that if he changed the way he spoke to people they wpuld be more motivated to get on board with the tasks he was complaining about but dang, people deserve better when theybare busting their ass to make someone else a bunch of money while they sit there and just yell at staff. Thats why I gave 1 star, the management took all 4 of the other stars away. The back of house manager gets the gold lone star she was Hispanic I dont know her name. If that was my mom he was talking to that way, it would have gone a completely different way. Won't ever be coming back to that location.

  Had a great experience at Brixx! My boyfriend and I both placed mobile orders and decided to eat outside on the patio. It was extremely hot outside, and we were definitely feeling it. The manager, Tim, noticed us and went out of his way to bring over a table umbrella so we could have some shade. He also sent one of the employees out with two complimentary ice waters for us, which we really appreciated. Tim had a great personality and genuinely gave off the impression that he cares about his customers and their experience. We didn’t ask for any of this either, which made the gesture stand out even more. The food was great as well. Both of our orders were hot and ready when we arrived, so there was no wait at all. Great food and even better customer service.
