Waited 40 min in line and the ai menu didn’t work got to the window and they told me to go back around to order. Understaffed and incoherent people working inside. Someone should call corporate about this absolutely asinine location. It can’t be that hard working a minimum wage job.

However idk why mobile orders or DoorDash orders aren’t bagged and put to the side when they are placed. Clearly I ordered through the app to not have to get out my car. But that’s not even my issue when I went to the drive thru the girl said that it wasn’t ready so I got out of line and waited, came back around was told it was ready, get to the window it’s not ready that’s why you have to come inside …. The lying and confusion is why I’m giving yall a three stars and I hope my order isn’t missing something because usually it is. I really can’t stand this bojangles but because it’s so close to my house I get it rarely off of convenience but if you can avoid this location please do until they can get better staffing. And health code saying you can’t have facial piercings just an fyi….
