  Thus is by far the best Bojangles I’ve ate at. The dining room was so neat and clean. Customer service was excellent. 100% better than the one on Raiford Dr.

  Everything was super fresh, biscuits prepared properly. Bo rounds hot hot, the sweet tea was the best at this location. The crew was very friendly and kind made sure to ask multiple times if we had everything or needed anything else. Wish all locations were as good as this one! Give the guy with a bucket hat and the taller bald one raise and whoever made our food a good evaluation they were awesome.

  Ordered my food & the worker is basically in a ski mask, there was not one single person in there besides us. The ski mask cashier we watched walk outside and literally leave the building. We saw another worker walk in 5 min later who was the shift manager. Overall we waited 15 min to find out they never even started our food so we got our money back and left.

  The experience I received going on and coming out was eye-opening. The first thing you say wow to is the homeless asking for drugs and money on both sides of the parking lot. Next is going in on the inside, and they get your meal wrong not once, but twice, from different people. The food cost at this location is known to be high due to all the mistakes. Next, tell me why the female employee had to go to the bathroom door and put a code on to the door to let me use the restroom with her serving gloves on and back to the kitchen to make customers breakfast items with the same gloves on that she used on me to let me in the bathroom with. I didn't order after see that i just left and went to one three exits up.

  What is wrong with this location. Every other Bojangles near me have excellent service and food quality. This one is a big disappointment. The last 3 times I've been there they have serious attitude problems. 3 young girls standing around talking ignoring customers coming in to order. I went in and no one was in front of me. I waited patiently at the counter only to be ignored as they chatted on and on. I finally ask if I could be waited on and was told they'd wait on me shortly in a hateful manner. After finally taking my order I walked down to wait on my order and they went back to chatting. Drive thru orders were coming thru and after 6-7 drive thru orders I asked if I could get my order so I could get to work. Boy I caught hell from 2 of the workers. I was told they would get to me when they got to me. I saw my sandwich being made and slid down the rack. All right....now they will hand it to me. Nope it set there several minutes and I waited and waited. Realizing they were deliberately ignoring me I spoke up and asked if I could havemy order because it had been ready for a while. They hatefully responded that they'd get it when they could. They did finally grab it and thru it in a bag and slammed it on the counter totally ignoring me. This location needs to seriously look over their staff and do some training.
