Staff is friendly and hard working. At the end of the day this is a fast food store and you get what you pay for. To get a higher rating, the store must surpass these expectations.

I stopped here for breakfast on my way to work at least four times a week, and sometimes I’d come back for lunch. Many of the employees knew me because I was there so often. Unfortunately, my last visit completely changed that. While I was sitting at the drive-thru window waiting for my order, I watched an employee mopping the floor while wearing gloves. Without changing those gloves, they walked over to the fry station, handled the fries, and dumped them into the serving tray with the same gloves they had just used to mop the floor. Those were the fries that were about to be served to customers, including me. When they handed me my food, I immediately told them I didn’t want the fries and asked for a refund because of what I had just witnessed. There is simply no excuse for handling food with gloves that were used while mopping the floor. It is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. What hurts the most is that because of one employee’s careless actions, I’ve completely lost confidence in this location. Even if management corrects the problem, I don’t feel like I could ever go back. After having to ask for a refund because of such an unsanitary situation, I no longer have the trust I once had. I’m genuinely disappointed because this was one of my favorite places to grab breakfast before work and occasionally lunch. I hope management takes this seriously, addresses the issue, and reinforces proper food safety practices.

The staff here is just rude whenever I come and I only go to this one because its near my job but this last incident was the last straw. I came here one day with a coupon I received at a football game. I ordered a coffee and two Bo'Berry biscuits. Got to the window and showed the girl the coupon, she looked over to who I believe was the manager on duty as I was looking through the window I heard the manager say they dont accept coupons really nasty and rolled her eyes. It wasnt a big deal and I would have just paid but the attitude I received over a coupon made me not even want to buy anything. Some people should not work in customer service.
