- RMRobby M4 days ago1.0I will not be going back here again. I waited 10 minutes to get up to the window and then found out they didn't have any dirty rice at 7:30 on a Thursday night. They had 4 cars sitting on the side waiting to get tgeir food. While I waited at the window to get my food I saw tge young lady pull down a Styrofoam container from tge top of where tgey make tge sandwiches and pulled out a piece of grilled chicken to put on my sandwich. She pulled down another container and pulled out bacon to put on my sandwich. The chicken was burnt and not even warm and the bacon was the same way. I bit into the sandwich and it was weird tasting and when I looked inside it had pickles on it. I've never had pickles on a grilled chicken club samdwich. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This Is A Severe Lack Of Capable Management! Employees Act Like They're Pissed Because You Complain!

The employees working here are going to ruin what has been known as a great Bojangles in Concord. I won’t be back until a new team is there. The GM at this location is awesome just needs new team members.

Not only was I served overly seasoned, cold fries, when I pleasantly asked for fresh, less seasoned fries, I was given what appeared to be the same fries that were microwaved and greasy. This is in the drive thru and the encounter was with a male employee. I went inside to request a refund and had a weird, unprofessional encounter with Brandie (assuming her name per the receipt). When she finally came to the register (restaurant was empty), she simply stared at me - straight face, no greeting. After I GREETED HER, she proceeded with an unwelcoming attitude as if I inconvenienced her. When I informed her about why I requested the refund, she frowned her face in disagreement. Just a heads up & warning about this location. I won’t be returning to spend my hard earned money with people who are rude, unwelcoming and don’t appear to want it!
