The employees working here are going to ruin what has been known as a great Bojangles in Concord. I won’t be back until a new team is there. The GM at this location is awesome just needs new team members.

Not only was I served overly seasoned, cold fries, when I pleasantly asked for fresh, less seasoned fries, I was given what appeared to be the same fries that were microwaved and greasy. This is in the drive thru and the encounter was with a male employee. I went inside to request a refund and had a weird, unprofessional encounter with Brandie (assuming her name per the receipt). When she finally came to the register (restaurant was empty), she simply stared at me - straight face, no greeting. After I GREETED HER, she proceeded with an unwelcoming attitude as if I inconvenienced her. When I informed her about why I requested the refund, she frowned her face in disagreement. Just a heads up & warning about this location. I won’t be returning to spend my hard earned money with people who are rude, unwelcoming and don’t appear to want it!

This store desperately needs new management especially whoever the one working today was. Would give 0 stars if i could. Straight trash service.
