Saw a sandwich in the “out” table in the kitchen, but not a single employee did a thing. After almost 10 minutes of waiting, they grabbed THAT sandwich that was sitting there. Terrible.

I ordered the Original Fish sandwich vs the Deluxe, since I don't eat all that extra stuff anyway. Couple things, the food came out pretty quick, which raised a flag for me, meaning the fish wasn't fresh out of the fryer. I was right. The fish sandwich & the fries were both warm, not HOT. Everything tated good, but it wasn't hot. That's a big deal for me. The staff all looked like they were all on Social Security. They were complaining amongst themselves, barking out orders, etc. There was about 6 of us waiting for our food order. We all looked at each other. I felt like I was in the school cafeteria line. I was afraid to say or ask for anything, knowing I'd probably get yelled at. We all felt uncomfortable. Overall, wasn't a pleasant experience.
