  Ordered the cheesecake meal with unsweetened tea. First bite burned the side of my mouth it was so hot, but the inside was cold and bread was chewy. So did they microwave it? How does one bite burn you and the rest is cold. So go to take a drink after spitting it out and my tea is sweet. Se even asked me at the window a second time if it was unsweetened tea. Food went in the trash. I should have went with my gut went I saw the chicken sandwich place next door that's not open on Sundays

  I got to go to the restaurant with friends who paid for my meal after church..I was so cold we had to move closer to the front of the restaurant. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich without the bacon.

  Everything came out extremely fast and surprisingly hot. The Manager there was super friendly and knowledgeable because I do have and allergy and had several questions, I think her name is Erica. This will be the ONLY Arby's that I go to from now on!

  Well after the change in cups which in my opinion is stupid. Why do smaller plastic cups over slightly bigger paper cups. Anyway big kicker you get rid of buffalo sauce. Well guys mines well shut'er down.

  The staff was inadequate for the drive thru and inside customer volume!! That Said; the wait time was not too bad. The food served was delicious.
