  Yesterday, May 2nd, 2026 around 4:20 pm. .. the worst experience and service I have ever received at any fast food restaurant!! I went inside and order two chicken sandwiches to go. We waited over 25 minutes for this order although the lobby was empty!! The only other people in the building were employees and their friends, it was very obvious they weren't paying customers! They were running in and out of the store to a car full of people outide that were definitely not customers!! They were playing & joking very loudly! Meanwhile, we wait, drive thru customers are waiting, other customers come in, they wait!! NO CUSTOMER WAS TREATED AS A PRIORITY AND NO ONE IS MANAGING THESE UNRULY EMPLOYEES! They behaved as if they were there for happy hour and not to work or serve CUSTOMERS! This is the 2nd time in less than two weeks I have experienced this here. The other time I waited for a half hour along with four or five other parked cars waiting on orders from the drive thru while employees running in and out not attending to paying customers. Hense thia is way I didn't go through the drive thru today! The owner should close the doors if a management team can't be hired to handle these very unruly employees!! NO ONE WANTS TO RECEIVE A MEAL FROM ANY RESTAURANT WHERE THE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED AS AN INCONVENIENCE, WHERE CUSTOMER SAFETY AND SATISFACTION DOESN'T EXIST!! WHOEVER OWNS THIS STORE IS PAYING TO HAVE THEIR BUSINESS AND THE ARBYS NAME RUN IN THE GROUND! IMMEDIATE CHANGE IS NEEDED!!

  The Hawaiian fish was the best thing year one when Pusha did the jingle now it's disgusting! Thin, dry, overcooked and not on the same Hawaiian bread. Never again.

  As much as the food is good, waiting over 10 minutes with nobody else in the restaurant is insane. Probably won’t return to this location.

  Half the reason I get sides is for the flippin delicious sauces that come with. The flippin berry sauce for the jalapeño bites and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks weren't included and now my night is a catastrophe. How will I enjoy my television show now like a true American. I hope arbys can make it up to me one day. There seems to be something in the air around concord and the charlotte area. Fast food workers constantly get my order wrong.. also the sandwiches were quite cold. I will never recover from this tragedy. Sunt lacrimae rerum.
