  The best prices period. Most employees are very friendly. Great selection. Customers are not snobby. Years ago, an employee told me that they have the best prices on ice cream. That is true. I mean, we are eating Haagen-Dazs regularly because of Food Lion. They also have the best sale prices. Get the Food Lion app. Go to the kiosk for your personalized sale list. Shop. When you get to the register, put your info in. Ask if you need help with that; you wanna get the lowest prices possible. Five roars!

  In a wheelchair so they bring out a power wheelchair and then will help me reaching high items . Then loading items in my little red truck always with a smile and friendly word.

  So I just want to tell you guys that I love someone who's autistic and they are my world also, they are diagnosed with something called ARFID, so it's extremely hard for him to eat anything other than something that is extremely pleasing to him and the staff at the store know exactly how to put a smile on his face. They go above and beyond to keep the particular Italian icee with milk in it constantly stocked just so they know I won't stress about not being able to find any for him. I've had many many of the staff check-in the back, Even put some back, And I couldn't mention All that without talking about tonight , this young woman named ABBY -, (there was a second name , want to say it was like Marie but I can't be sure but I know for sure her first name was Abby) She knew I was having a rough time tonight and she told me something I definitely needed to hear. Not only did she treat me completely professionally, she also treated me compassionately. Simply a fellow human noticing another human struggling. I think she would do that for each and everyone of her customers especially when she sees how much they love, how much they try, how much they stress and how much they just need to hear "hey you're a good mom" sometimes that's what we all need to hear. Abby thank you, you made me stop and think for a moment, a/ having someone, especially a perfect stranger tell me what you did, I knew in that moment that you saw exactly what I needed and you didn't pass on the chance to show compassion. A lot of people do not realize some of the courage that takes. Did Abby said it's so kindly and so gently that it nearly brought me to tears. And then she gave me the best hug that I didn't know I needed until just then. Thank you for reminding me Abby . My food Lion experience is & has been with multiple multiple employees & several of the managers, I would say they all try to go above and beyond. My experience with this specific food Lion for the past I would say at least 4 years has been phenomenal.
